As Carol said, it is usual with boys who have CAH to have an oversized penis rather than undersized, so I would say that it is unlikely CAH, however I am not aware of a type of CAH where an undersized penis is the case. I presume that if he had CAH they would have been able to diagnose that by now, so it seems that they are looking for something else. Have you mentioned CAH to your doctor? What is he saying? Your poor little fella must be exhausted with all these tests by now, and I hope you get some results soon so that you know what you are dealing with.
