I live in sydney and I and my mum think i may be lactose and tolerant because i get sick every time i have something dairy like milk and yogurt, and just recently after easter, chocolate.
is there anything i can do to give me more calcium?
we've already tried soy milk and its yuk. We also told my doctor and he said we will work something out next appointment, but thats 6 months away and i don't think i can go without chocolate or ice cream that long!!!
