Sorry to hear that you have tumours - are these adrenal rests?  I have read that these can be treated with increased meds, as far as I know there hasn't been many studies done on adult males with CAH but here is a link to one paper
 
 
Have the doctors checked your bone density?
 
Good luck and please let us know how you get on as we mums who have younger children are very keen you learn from your experiences.
