re: working and cah
Mar. 17th, 2004   1:15pm

Hi Kathy,

I don't work full-time, simply because I would feel overwhelmed and exhausted if I did. The last few years I have done two days per week and even then I feel knocked about. My work days are separated by a day or two which helps me to recover. Regardless, I find that my sick leave entitlements are used up within two or three months of accruing them. Sometimes I feel like a wuss; but if I don't set my own level, no one else will do it for me.

Have you talked to your doctor as to whether you are eligible for any benefits which may enable you to cut back on your hours? I am not familiar with what is available but it's worth checking.

I feel for you and hope you find some resolution.

Rosalie
