Hi Kathy, I have SWCAH and i do work full time as a Chef in Alice Springs. Doing 40-60 hrs a week and i do manage but when i have time off i just relax and unwind and meditate. It can be hard and I have had crisises over time. I have learnt to just take it easy and try not to stress out to much on small things and enjoy everything i do. I have had good bosses for the 17 yrs i have been a Chef for and i just explain to them what might happen and they are understanding. Major thing is to have time to yourself and forget about everything to do with CAH for a while and do something special for yourself, massage, meditate, manicure, treat yourself. We are very lucky people we might be in a small group of people with a CAH but we are unique. If you want to talk more you can email me jaynesimpson71@hotmail.com
