Hope you are keeping well? I was diagnosed with CAH at the age of 4 and have been taking Dex for the last 12 years (I am now 30). It took a little while for them to get the dosage right but there weren't any bad side effect. On the odd occasion I would get a slight headache or being tired but once your doctors have worked out the correct dosage for you, and monitor you on a regular basis then you should be okay. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
