I am 37 and was diagnosed with CAH when i was 4, stress is a hard thing to deal with , and the weight gains and the weight losses, Year 12 is very hard especially for someone who suffers from CAH cause of the stress....
my motto for life is, easy come easy go, it helps a lot in stressfull situations.
