Hi Michelina,
I have heard of young girls hitting puberty early although the secondary sexual characteristics of breast 'budding' etc can happen quite a bit earlier than a girl starting her periods etc. If it will ease your mind for the moment until you can see your Endocrinologist, there are girls out there without CAH that are starting menstruation and other signs of puberty before they hit 10 years of age.
Are you going to have to wait a fair while before you can see your Endo? If so and you are very concerned, perhaps they have a cancellation list you could go on.
(Personally I have SWCAH and started late, but I was not well controlled at that time of my life.)
