Hi Michelina,
I know at the Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne they refer CAH girls by the age of 10 to an Adolescent Gynaecologist because they want to make sure they have a smooth transition during puberty. I would assume that it's common from 10 years of age to start certain stages of puberty which may or may not be CAH related.
I agree with Lilea, the best thing is to get to your Endocrinologist and put your mind at rest.
