Some other Mums could respond, but as a general comment. My little girl, who does not have CAH gets spots of eczema (I can never remember how to spell that word!) at this time of year and also gets quite dry legs just from winter skin. In relation to the hair growth, some other Mums may be able to comment. Hope this helps a little.
