As a friend of mine would say - bugger, Bugger, BUGGER. I'm sorry to hear about your family health problems and I suggest that you do carefully watch yourself during this extremely stressful time as you could so easily have an adrenal crisis and be yourself in hospital. I suggest that you actually talk to your endo about this and how it is and will affect you - you said something about aches and pains which could be associated with the CAH.
