Hi Le,My daughter also 4mth old with SWCAH is currently on 4mg Hydro daily & 2 x Fludro daily and does not have excessive hair problems. The only thing I did notice at birth, she had little hairy ear lobes (but blonde hair so didn't notice), this may not even be CAH related, hence no concern to us. I suggest you mention this to your Endo/Paed, as I was thinking if anything maybe she's getting too much hydro (but heh I'm not a doctor), there are so many other factures to take into account e.g weight/height/bloods etc.  Good Luck
