My Endo. just reduces Hydro to 5mg daily (2.5 at 9 AM and 2.5 at 6AM) and Fludro to 0.075 mg daily (0.05 at 9 AM and 0.025 at 6AM). It is just for a few days, so hair at forehead is still. But, I observed over the past two days that she wake up at arround 12 PM crying for a few seconds. It is two or three times a night. Frankly, when it happens I did not think it related to CAH, just something like nightmares. Today, I go across some posts in the main board and realize that it is because my child had headache. It is the shame on me. At present, I decide to keep the second medication taking until 9 PM and see how it will go.
