I actually agree with what you say. I saw a program in the UK last year regarding AIS and other intersex conditions but they also featured a baby with CAH in the program. I wasn't happy they had included CAH in the program as they were talking about intersex conditions. I don't think CAH is an intersex condition. CAH people are genetically male or female. I felt it was misleading and confusing for people watching it and who have no knowledge of CAH. Iit's good to hear CAH wasn't featured in this documentary.
