Thank you for your encouraging email. My daughter had surgery 3 days ago and is doing exceptionally well - she truly has amazed me! The week leading up was really stressful and the actual day of the surgery was one of the scariest days of my life! But she came out of it really well, fed straight away and is recovering better than I could have ever imagined. You're right - these little ones are so strong and she has made me so proud!!! Even though it was only 3 days ago I know already that we made the right decision. We can now concentrate on enjoying our special little girl!
