Hi Farli,

You mentioned that you have TMJ. I have it too and didn't get any relief until a dentist fitted me with a night occlusal splint. I don't wake up now with a sore jaw,  ear ache/pain, cracked and worn teeth. I swear by it. However.....

I must admit that I have my reservations about having in my mouth for x number of hours every night, some synthetic material probably silicon or goodness knows what  - in terms of toxicity. They try to reassure us that it is inert but then we know what happens to most man-made things twenty years down the track. Certainly the substance they used to make the mould for the splint tasted like a toxic poison LOL!
