re: comment about 'inner trembling' to Farli.
Oct. 11th, 2006   12:50am

I'm more of the opinion that when I am ill, very sick, moribund - whatever you want to call it and in the recovery time (for some weeks after the episode) I need a higher dose of steroids.

I've always found the worst of these inner quivering/tremblings come after such episodes of illness and I wonder whether I either need higher doses for longer than suggested or whether I am metabolising the doses quicker for some reason  - hence yesterday's epsiode.

So even though I am seven weeks past my acute episode of asthma and did some exercise (albeit very gentle) and missed a dose it culminated in the tremblings. Normally that wouldn't do it or at least I haven't noted that to be a trigger before.

I don't think (wishful thinking) that is it Neurological!
