I think yr dentist could be right. Maybe try hypnotism? Well, it's a thought as you seem mentally stable. Yr "in" as a CAH carrier, includes everyone in this category.
Doesn't it drive you crazy? Of course if it does (drive you crazy), better give hypnotism as a miss as then you would be unstable. You can't win really:-).
