I'm 39yrs old with salt losing CAH. I feel uncomfortable having a sexual relationship as I feel uncomfortable with my body. I had surgery at a young age and I think the surgery today is alot better than then. I currently use a dilator. My Gynaecologist said I look normal but I know from photo's that I'm different to others.

I've had a lot of pubic bone pain lately and erections that I think are caused from my enlarged clitoris.

This is very difficult to talk about, has anyone had/have the same problems.

I believe the clitoris enlargement is an abnormality of CAH, is it meant to be internal?
