I would also suggest contact Professor Garry Warne or the Australian CAH Support Group as they have been dealing with people in Vietnam in association with CAH. There have been visits from Professor Warne and members of the support group in recent years with regard to providing additional care and medication, so I am sure they would only be too willing to help with regard to surgery enquiries.
