I agree with Farli (not sure about the girl only school though!), especially about destroying the boy/blue cards she received at birth.  She is female and she doesn't need to think any differently.   Our SWCAH daughter is 7 and I think she is really just a bit young to start sex education but I guess it won't be too far away. At that point we will start telling her about her surgery as well.  When she's about 11 or 12 she will go back to see the surgeon so he can check that the vaginal opening is adequate, at that point we will also get the surgeon to answer any questions she may have about the surgery and explain it  further if necessary.
