re: cah in 20's

Hi Kat

I am a 26 year old male and was diagnosed with CAH at birth.

I am not really familiar with the female issues associated with CAH; however I was interested in your question regarding thoughts on having children. I have also often ask myself that question. Each time I think about having children, I always come to the same conclusion: I am looking forward to having children, even with the risk that the child will have CAH. I just think that I was diagnosed with CAH at birth and that things have worked out for me J

My biggest concern is making sure that the mother understands the need for constant monitoring of CAH.

This is probably not very helpful, but I thought I would give my comments anyway.

Aaron
