I am not Farli but I do understand your plight as I used to live in South Africa, I have a son not a daughter with CAH. I hope Farli can help you as I would like to reiterate that the Africana way of looking at things is very strict and religious which is difficult. On Sundays in your part of the world, shops are not even open as far as I can remember. It must be very difficult for you. There is another South African lady, Sarah who has a young daughter who feels she is the only one in South Africa and could do with some support, I was not aware there is a support group. Could you post these details on the main board? I have no answers and can only send my best to you and your daughter. There is a site which is run by a lady who has CAH and is gay, I am not sure if they can be of any help but the lady who runs it may have some very sound advice. http://www.bodieslikeours.org
