Hi :-) I have SWCAH. I was a real tomboy when I was a kid. To the point that I thought I was a boy. I was very much into video games, football and all the 'Male' type play. I did kick it around about being gay in my teens, but I bet alot of girls do regardless of any condition. I really had no interest in males when I was a teen I very much saw them as friends. I myself identify as none practicing bi sexual,never had a relationship with a female but I do find them attractive . Im 30 yrs old and getting married in November. I do still watch football and Im still interested in computers. I have few female traits.
I do think that SWCAH has a part to play in how females feels. I can't ever really be sure but it seems to convenient that it wouldn't, ie exposed to androgens and interested in male type things, on the other hand what are male type things nowadays? my grandfather would turn in his grave if he saw my bf putting on mosturiser in the morning :-) as thats was once deemed to be female behaviour.
You will never know if your kids are tomboys or potentially gay because of CAH. Im sure gay people havn't chossen to be gay through feelings and a personal choice they were born feeling that way.
