Hi All
Having a place in yr mind to go to is the most important thing you can do when stressed. You need to conjure up this place in yr mind so you can escape worries and problems - so that you can be prepared if anything bad happens to you. It is the most important place for you to imagine and go to in yr imagination. You must imagine this before anything befalls you, you must know where to go to.
I need you to think abt what makes you happy & peaceful, so that when you are stressed you can instantly go to this "special" place just for you. You need a place to escape to. You must think of what appeals to you as a safe place to go to. My safe, imaginary place in my mind when I am stressed looks like this:
A long glass stair that I can walk upwards, which takes me to my special place, it is a glass bubble amongst the stars where I have a swing suspended from nothing but that I can swing upon and look at the night sky with all the beautiful stars and silence around me. But I hear the music that I like and find the ppl that I like all around me or near me.
I've forgotten how to sing, but all my friends know. My music is old but satisfying to me. On my swinging chair this is what I hear:
Fly me to the Moon
And Let me swing amongst the stars,
Let me see what Life is like on Jupitar and Mars

Hope you like this and think of yr own place. You'd be surprised, one day you will need this place. My site is "currently under construction". I get tired walking up these stairs of glass and I am replacing them with an escalator.
