We don't bother to keep it in the fridge because it isn't in our house long enough to run out of "shelf life" With two kids taking the stuff it runs out before you know it! 18 months is heaps of time so we don't bother with the whole fridge thing. It has never been kept in the fridge and the kids are doing fine so why start now.
