We are on the Gold Coast and have an 8 year old SWCAH daughter. We have not had experience with hospitals in Brisbane except for when our daughter had her surgery at 4 months at Royal Childrens, they were great. We see a peadiatrician on the Gold Coast for our daughter's CAH. He has experience and an interest in Endocrinology and she is being well controlled. She is growing well and her levels are under control. Initially we were also seeing Dr Mike Thomsett who is an Endocrinologist in Brisbane (was at Spring Hill 6-7 years ago) and he was very good. I have heard of other people seeing a female Endocrinologist in Brisbane but I don't know her name, someone else might post who she is.
