My 8 year old daughter takes 4mg Hysone tablets and has done so for a while. Why was your daughter prescribed 20mg tablets, it seems a lot of hydrocortisone in one dose, presumably you would need to cut them. I can remember a while ago when I picked up my daughter's meds from the chemist and went to use them they were actually 20mg tablets, they had given us the wrong ones. I'm not sure if they were the Hysone or when she was on Cortisone Acetate.
