I guess the problem with going to a hospital for Endo appointments rather than privately is that you don't necessarily see the same doctor each time. Eventhough this shouldn't matter, it would be much harder to maintain a "healthy" relationship with your doctor if you don't see the same one each time. There would also be a chance that you would be seeing "junior" doctors who would not have as much experience.
