Hi Jane, There have been a few families relocate from overseas to Australia and I believe their transition in particular with CAH has gone quite well (just an encouragement). There are two major hospitals that treat CAH in Brisbane, the Mater & the Royal Childrens Hospital. I can give you contact details if you need them. lindapowell@optusnet.com.au regards Linda
