I realise your message is a month old so you may have sorted it out but I also had alot of trouble giving it to my daughter. I have two children with swcah and my son took it no worries. If you are talking about liquid saline I ended up using formula and diluting it in about 120mls of milk and he took it fine out of the bottle. I decided not to do this with my daughter so I found a medicine cup with a teet on it and she took it a few times and then started vomiting it up so I mixed it with liquid glucose and that lasted a little while and then I would syringe it in her mouth in tiny amounts while breastfeeding and then thankgoodness she started taking fludrocortisone(florinef) instead.
