Can I ask what you mean by your daughter showing psycotic tendancies? I work with people who have mental health and also suffer from CAH as does my brother, I am now 34 he is 36.
When we were younger we both had terrible mood swings in particular from dexamethasone, but this appears to have clamed down now we are older, it is possible that the dosage is not correct.. CAh is very difficult to get exactly right and unfortunately means have dosages messed around with until levels are as normal as can possibly be.
It appears to me her moods swings could be a combination of medication & teenage angst.
