Hello from South Florida, U.S.A. ! I'm 33 with SVCAH diagnosed at birth and I have osteopenia (the stage before osteoporosis) from long term replacement steroid use.
To help me fight the bone density loss, my Endo has me taking a once a week prescription drug called Actonel and also Citracal +D caplets 2/day. I take Hydrocortisone now whereas before I was on Prednisone. Plus, I try to increase my consumption of calcium rich foods and beverages.
I asked the same question that you did along time ago in a post and about five other people with CAH responded with similar situations.
