I am new to this site and hope that there is someone out there experiencing similar problems with infertility. We had been trying for a baby for some time when in September last year I got told that the test I had taken came back with a result that neiter of us had expected. There are no sperm! We were devestated. Furthermore doctors have found that my testicals are deformed and even suspected cancerous tissue with the only option of having them removed. I would appreciate advice from anyone who has come across this problem and would like to chat to me.
