I have a 16 month old daughter, she is also a salt looser. she came off the sodium supplement at 3 month old simply because she absolutely refused to take it anymore. Her fludrocortisone tablet was increased and she now takes 1.5 tablets a day. i don't know if this is a lot or not as i have not compared it to anyone else. this dose seems to be working well enough with her. i found that she was suffering from constipation around the time she refused to take the sodium so i was happy that she didn't take it anymore.
