it was hard to make the decision to take dex during pregnancy.my first daughter has already had one operation and will need another one in her early teens to try and as the doctors said to try and get everything as good as is possible for when shes older and trying to have children.my second daughter(who i took dex with)has had no surgery and will not need any.if she had been a boy or uneffected i would of only taken dex for about 5 or 6 weeks.personally i would take dex again and advise anyone else to.if you did decide to take dex and had to the whole pregnancy it works better if you take it at regular intervals.i took mine every 8 hours.we made the decision to take it because we thought it would be best if she didnt need the operations.i hope this helps.
