Hiya, I'm from Enfield, not too far away. I'm 31, so, the opposite of you, but my symptoms started when I was your age. Lots of facial hair, irregular periods, and putting on weight.
I don't know if this helps, but I'm very happily married, with two children and lots of friends. I lived in France and Spain for a year, did well at school. CAH, does not mean that you will have a bad life. NOT at all. It's what's on the inside that counts.
Stay positive, and look on the bright side of life. :)
