Alison I have just found this board. Which doctors are you under, yes if they dont know they seem to blame us. How much dex are you on, did you know that they have only recently dicovered that 1 mg of dex = 80mg of hydrocortisone they used to think is was 1 mg = 40 mgs. Do you think you are on too much meds? WHen do you take your dex - morning or night - best in the morning. I hope you are keeping well - do you get headaches and suffer from fatigue?
