Many thanks for writing, I am on 4mg of Dex and I was always told to take it at night which I have done for about 12 years, never been told otherwise. In answer to your questions, I don't tend to suffer badly with headaches but I do from fatigue. What prompted you to have a look at the notice board? Take care.
