My husband was not diagnosed with CAH until we were undergoing fertility test. His sperm count was not low but imotil (slow swimmers) his blood test came back so bad the urologist thought the lab had made a mistake. His brother had a baby with CAH and I asked if there was any chance that this was Mike's problem, one more test confirmed the problem and though they don't know how he survived for 29 years because he is a salt waster, they stared treating him. That was about 18 years ago and our beautiful daughter will  be 17 in a few days and we have a 15 year old son who is very special too!
