hi, yes my daughter has taken same for a few years, it has helped over a period of time .How are you managing ,does it help you and how long have you been taking it?My daughter has always has cravings for salty crisps ,lemons and anything tart like grapefruit ,do you find yourself drawn to bitter foods too?
