there shouldnt be any reason to tell people...and if you do feel the need to let them know or if you are sexualy active then it might have to be addressed...but as far as loosing friends over this...to be honest i dont think they are good friends in the first place...if they were they wouldnt care if you had no head ! all of the friends i have i say 40% of them know i have cah, and the rest i dont see why they need to know, the ones that i have told know what i have gone through with being in and out of hospital and the opperations... but i know they are good friends and they love me the way i am...the same goes with my girlfriend (yes i am lesbian by the way) so there shouldnt be an issue..as my girlfriend says " if they dont like it thats there problem not yours" so try not to dwell on it :-) xxx
