Niki we can deinately talk, email me at caz_coronel@yahoo.co.uk I have just come off my pill again and started taking black cohosh, wild yam and noni which seems to be helping a little bit. I am trying very hard not to go back on it but I am in a very dark mood at the moment and the other sysmptoms are beginning. I think that something that I am takeing is making my less manic with it all, has anyone heard of this helping? Thank you so much again for your time
