I have an 8 month old niece, who weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces at birth and has salt wasting CAH. She had surgery at 5 months, which went very well. However, she still only weighs 12 pounds, although her diet is strictly in accordance with her doctor's advice (eg duo-cal milk). Otherwise, she is bright and alert and developing well. Has anyone had experience of this, who can advise on the next step?
