If more people could have the courage to share something about CAH then it would be a much more rounded picture of the condition. For every two tramatizing things that happened, I also can recall one really nice thing ok maybe not on really nice thing but there was some nice things also. Also I am very happy how far the treament for CAH has come in the last 55 years.

Here is to finding peace Ian. They had to acquire knowledge from someone and it was us and it does hurt but better for the kids of today and that is worth all the while.

I tried a few times to bring up substance abuse and CAH but it was not my little CAHer or the Rightous I NEVER DID THAT people with CAH and that stuff is all wonderful But for the rest of us and I know that other medical conditions do address this subject The Cancer Association was a little drink? ..go for it : ) takes the edge off  having fun here but really other groups do address issues but someone with CAH that speaks out that isn't butter cup, golden, all American, or all UK : ) then they are scorned and called "the only one" or "not typical" when your story,  Mellisa's, and others that I've talked with off the net prove this isn't true. We are all  people with a condition and each story is different but also equal.

I also share some of the same things also with your story except for the pot : )

peace,

Aimee
