Bridget I am sorry to hear your son is having problems, when was the last time he had his levels checked? Often when the medication is not right, it can cause aggressive behaviour. What type of CAH does he have? Has your daughter been diagnosed with CAH? I would certainly mention this to the endocrinologist, if your daughter has not been diagnosed I would make an appointment with the GP and ask the doctor to refer your daughter to the endocrinologist as soon as possible. If your daughter has CAH, then she too needs her levels checked as pubic hair could mean she is starting puberty and this is too young. I would also ask for your children's bone ages to be checked. Are your children under a specialist? If so what did he/she say? Good luck and please let us know how you get on.
