Hi my name is helen and i have had cah all my life 33 years now under liverpool royal hospital I am taking 2.5mg og dexamethasone per day plus 20mg of hydrocortone and o.1mg of fludrocortision and at present feel yuck for my headaches taking co-codamol 8 per day been back to seem them and they say I need more steriods but weight has gone up a lot can any one help me out there with painkillers best type.
