my daughter was diagnosed with cah and i understand what you must be going through. it may be slightly different as i have a girl but all i can say is try not to worry to much it does get easier. my daughter takes tablets and will for the rest of her life but so what so does a diabetic. With the correct dose of medication your son will lead a fairly normal life. a nurse once told me to take things one step at a time and not to look to far down the path and she was right .i kept asking all these questions and got my self more worried .I hope this message helps as i have never done this before .
