hi rebecca it is easier if you put the sodium in her milk we made six bottles up at night and divided the sodium between the bottles my daughter is now four years old and we put salt in her drink of squash every morning she loves it if you are breast feeding you could express some milk and put the sodium in that worth a try let us know how you get on
