Hi, i notice this board has not been recently used. But hopefully someone will notice this post.
I tried to claim Disabillity Living Allowance for my daughter with SWCAH when she was a baby. I was refused, I appealed and even went to a tribunal but was refused again. They said that she was not entittled as she required care because she was a baby and CAH did not mean extra care.
I am going to try again, she is nearly four and is starting school. Are there any tips or info that I can use to support my application?
